TAC EmpowerUS: Where Youth Voice Becomes Youth Power

The Teen Advisory Council’s EmpowerUS Event is a celebration of youth leadership, connection, and community impact. Designed and led by Knox County high school students, EmpowerUS creates a space where teens can come together to connect, learn, lead, and celebrate real change—in their own lives and in the lives of others.

This youth-led event brings together students from all Knox County high schools to explore meaningful topics such as healthy relationships, leadership, advocacy, mental wellness, and making positive choices. Through interactive speakers, and peer nominated awards ceremony, youth gain inspiration, confidence, and support needed to create change where it matters most—at school, at home, and in their community.
